MACLEAN’S MAGAZINE
Using an essay written by a student from the political sciences department, I was tasked with designing the layout and visuals that would best suit the article if it were to be published in Macleans’s Magazine. It was important to create a clear hierarchy and use a type that would convey a professional voice and remain easily legible. The illustration was kept simple, conveying the tone of this article which is serious with sarcastic notes added for humor.
